Jennifer was fantastic in holding our hands as first-time buyers and giving us her true thoughts about the future potential of houses we visited – with a long-term view of what would likely be best for us. She was so responsive (even when we didn’t need or expect her to be!) and went to bat for us to get closing help that allowed us to get a new HVAC and washer/dryer right away. She’s also kind and funny and all-around lovely to work with.
